First Trimester

In week 6 of pregnancy, you may be feeling well and truly pregnant too, thanks to symptoms like heartburn, nausea and frequent urination.

6. As you head into the second half of your first trimester, it’s common to experience symptoms like morning sickness, tender breasts and food aversions.

7.At 8 weeks pregnant, your baby is growing at a rate of a millimeter a day and the lips, nose and eyelids are forming.

8.Fatigue kicks in for many moms-to-be around week 9 of pregnancy.
